I'll teach you what to Splurge on and what you can find somewhere else cheaper!

1. Know what is more valuable
Dress vs. Shoes. Hmm...First of all, the straight out answer here is to splurge on the shoes and not the dress. How many functions are you going to wear this satin gown to? Maybe if you're a business woman who is in dresses everyday, you can splurge on one. But you can get a bunch of them for that one price of the dress. You need to shell out the big ones for the shoes-not only because you have to wear them everyday, but also because a good pair of shoes is good to the feet. Remember that. Find a pair or two that you can mix and match with your outfits to fit perfectly-maybe on pair of heels (not glossy) and flats. Same thing goes for shoes vs. bags. I know a place on the Ave. where you can find all purses, wallets and clutches for $30-$50, give or take. They look amazing and you won't tell the difference from the real thing if it's a name brand. If you haven't the slightest idea where the ave is, head on over to bagborroworsteal.com where you can rent legit namebrand purses, jewelry and more.

This $34.99 dress from pinkice.com will look just as good with these $325 shoes from Piperlime.com as a vintage Versace mini dress would.

2. Mix your outfits with Namebrand and $10 store. Now that you know which item you should spend more on than the other (although if you can find both at your price range, go for it!) it's time to put them together. More than likely, you won't be able to tell the difference between the two! All you need is one item. And the SMARTER lady will buy an expensive piece that is versatile. Not only does her $10 pieces look as good, but she can take this $300 piece and wear it with numerous items. Most cheap pieces are versatile, so you'll have no problem making 5 outfits with them and that pricey piece. Of course, everyone isn't the SMARTER shopper, they're just smart, but still know a buy when they see it. A dumb shopper might take all of their income tax return to buy a lime green pasiley tank top and scratch the lint of her jeans to buy a $9.99 belt to match it. Ha!

Jeans? $262 True Religions, nordstrom.com Plaid shirt: $39.50 from Delias.com. Shirt comes in six colors and is what you can get six of for the fraction of these jeans. The jeans, however, will go with all six shirts and any other items you have at home, already.

3.Don't let trends fool you. Some trends have been out for years! And because some celelb comes along and decides they want to start wearing it, well, that trend comes back, and stores think it's alright to hike up the price on it. If you see a sweater dress in one of your favorite thrifty stores for $52, chances are you're about to be "bought". Dumb shoppers will think since it's the most expensive thing in here, it must be namebrand or high quality! Something like that. Pay attention to the price tag, also. If it says "was $100" or something like that, and you know this store doesn't even have anything that high, chances are it was "100"-at a different store. Head on down to Price Mart or even Wal-Mart where you know you can find great fashions at low prices.

The first dress is from Nordstrom and is $128.90. The second is an amiclubwear.com favorite and is $22.99. But wait, that isn't fair! The cheap one has too much style. That's because most thrifty items are nicer, real down-to-earth people wear them day to day so they have to be fashionable! Okay, let me show you a cheap, plain sweater dress that has become a favorite trend over time.
This one is just $16.99 and still kicks the butt out of Nordstrom!

4. Don't worry about perfect matching. If you found some rare colored shirt for $30 or $9.99, don't worry about finding shoes to match it exactly! Find something in that color range. Besides, contrast gives an exciting look and perfect matching can be, well, boring and pricey. If it's not pricey, wit will be in the long run. The smart will think- if it's rare (I haven't seen it anywhere) and it took me this long to find something that even kind of matches it, when I try to find something to go with it next time, it'll be a hassle. I'll spend a lot of money on a whole bunch of items to match this perfectly and still have nothing to wear it with! Shopping will become a hassle and when you do find something perfectly matched, you won't matter what the price is because no one else has it, right? Wrong. If it's a pair of pants, you might think you have a problem. Dark magenta jeans and a light pink blouse will look just as enticing. Perfect matching will make you lose money- you'll have a weird colored shirt at home and nothing to wear it with-you have a huge problem with wearing something in the same family and not exact! So that poor T-Shirt is home and you've spent your money on it. Don't!
EXTRA TIP FOR SMARTER SHOPPERS: We don't let colors get us down. Smarter shoppers will snatch that pretty colored shirt up and find patterned shoes that have a hint of it in them. Or if it's a blouse, find a basic cami to layer under it that is a shade darker or lighter. Let it peek out from underneath to create interest, or open up the blouse for a full effect! No matter what piece that's a rare color- find something that will compliment the piece as a whole and not just the color. If the piece is patterned, you're in luck-just find something simple with ONE COLOR that's in the pattern to both take away interest from that rare color and draw your eye to it, at the same time.

5. Buy versatile items. Purchase things that you could wear with a braided belt on Monday and high, glossy heels on Friday for a night out on town. Or buy a belt that would go with your dark blue jeans and a blouse as it would with a short party dress.

I was searching all over for it, and just minutes after I published my last post I found it! I already bought one which is why I love it so much. I have two-one in red and one black, that I didn't get from Forever 21, but that's where this one is from. Pair this dress with high, chunky heels, a cuff bracelet, or dazzling earrings! So, I've been abandoning...For a while.! LOL And now I guess it's time for me to do at least one special post. For the holidays, the holidays. I feel like being productive, so I remembered-I have a blog! Everyone is so into fall makeup or either winter fashions. I say forget the season! And celebrate being you and being fabulous. Just know the difference between hot, cold, warm, and freezing! So for old times sake, let's get this party started.
Makeup - Bold lip colors, extreme and massive amounts of eye paint, but get this- soft cheeks. It's not exactly clown makeup, because throwing all of that together would definitely create a Bozo look. So go for the extreme reds for the lips, and sexy, dark blues for the eyes. Switch it up and be a mango. I love the red, orange, pink, and purple eyeshadows that mysteriously blend together. It's not half as crazy looking as you think. But I would never wear it out in public. That, and, well, I'm 13! LOL. But don't judge. AnyWHOO, I am super busy getting ready for my audition to get into The High School Of The Fashion Industries! So it's a lot of work readying my portfolio. Man, did I mention how much I love like 3 or 4 inch heels? Mainly because I'm so short! LOL. I'm, like, what? 5'1 or something. That's an accomplishment for me being part of a super duper short family, but I aspire to be a model and that's not going to cut it in their world. But it is in mine because I also dream up a modeling agency for us fellow short people only. But what does this have to do with your fabulosity, you may ask? Nothing. Which is why I am leaving that subject alone right now.
Words can't explain the excitement I'm having right now about this makeup. I just want to post up a thousand pics of bangin' makeup jobs alone. But I won't. I'll just post like 100! Just kidding. I'll leave makeup at that. And, yeah. OOh! For your nails- two things really cut it. Either a clean french manicure/pedicure/tips or your natural nails with dark nail polish. Summer was so bright! Summer, fall and all that other stuff (Spring) you were supposed to rock the neon nails. Not anymore. If you didn't, it's never too late to catch up, but beware! Blue, black, Plum or purple, dark red, burnt orange! Did I give you enough options or do I have to keep going? Too bad if I didn't, cuz I'm moving on...
Fashion- Tight plaid and tweed pencil skirts. Colorful and patterned stockings. Super tall boots. Ankle booties. Knee length flat boots. Shiny, glossy flats with big buckles. Black skinny jeans with colorful and flowerful ruffle blouses. Peacoats, Trench coats. Cashmere scarfs. Oversized wraps/shawls. Fingerless gloves. Arm warmers, leg warmers. Crochet berets, beanies, knitted knacks! Some styles you can also work with:
Rock Star (metallic leggins, shiny shirts and dresses, gray skinny jeans)
Prep (Argyle sweaters and cardigans, super mini skirts, swing coats, sheer stockings, striped ties, vests)
The Romantic (silk blouses, lace the right way, black pearls, small bows, ruffles, {purples, whites, blacks, blues} black and gray stockings {but I really wouldn't go with either exactly for this particular category. Maybe "Old Soul".}
And EVERYONE can use a wool coat. I'll show you one from Forever 21 that's super duper cute.

I'm Back! (I Think) Update Post

Well, I'm not as busy as I was before, but I'm also not as free. Months ago, I had planned to tell you about the hot fashion rage going on:
yellow shoes, bright green dresses, ruffle blouses, vests, scarves, belts, metallic pieces/leggings and more...But that really bores me. And do you knwo what else I haven't done in a while (besides blogging)? A Dazzle Like The Stars piece! Or Create My Own Outfit! I soo totally got my inspiration to start blogging again from this blog called The Fashion Police, and they're really great. Oh, and did I tell you about when I went to Marshall's, who is known for designer clothes for less, saw these really cute leather gloves, flipped them babies over to see the price tage, and boom! $$9.95,,and they were originally $89...89 bucks. Hmm..now they weren't THAT cute! So I scurried away and headed to Rainbows. I wasn't reallly looking for gloves, but I found some. I call them Hobo gloves 'cause they have a regular glove on the thumb, but missing all the other fingers. It has a little flap buttoned to the glove and when you unbutton it, and pull the flap down, it turns into mits! I love them! I bought a matching scarf to go with it! They're purple, white, and a greyish-tan striped, so I bought this white sweater dress (Oh So Cute) and a big purple belt, and some really cute leg warmers with balls! LOL. I don't really plan on wearing the leg warmers with the dress, now do I with the scraf and gloves, but if I ever go out in that dress, everything will be mitch matchy. I love Rainbow's! They even sell pet clothes, man. Whise brings me to another topic, sweater dresses have possibly got to be the cutest thing I seen in the history of fashion, well so far at least. I love the ones with the pockets. And they're really not that expensive, well depending on where you get it from and where you shop. I got mine from Rainbow's so it was $15. And fits like a tailored glove (not too tight, not baggy at all). So, next on my update post: I finally got my phone! I actually got it on October 20th, even thought it was supposed to be here on the 22nd. No, I didn't leave T-Mobile for the LG Dare, Samsung Instinct, or any of that stuff. And I didn't stay for the Sidekick 2008. I got myself a brand spankign new G1, the HTC phone T-Mobile and Google mixed up and put out, started selling like hot cakes. I pre-ordered mine and my contract was up like two years and some change-ago, so I only paid $179, plus tax and all that jumk. It's going to cost you $25 I think for 400 messages (ext,IM,SMS and all that good stuff) and internet...but me, being greedy, picked up the $35 UNLIMITED EVERYTHING plan and I love it! This baby comes with a 1 GB SD memory card already installed, which I adore them for. I watched almost every single video and review on this phone until the very day I got it! I even played with the online model, I was so excited. I absolutely love this phone and would love to tell you what I love and what I could go without on this phone, but iI'm not going to because It's so much work to tell you about al the features and design, and blah blah blah! I will say all the free stuff on the Andriod market is really cool, though. It is ranked as the hottest phone/gadget this year, so I'm proud to own one before anyone else. Oh, and me and my BFF Taitianna have the same phone! We were going to get the Sidekick 2008 together, but somehow, without telling each other, wound up getting the same G1 anyways. Well, we actually did speak about it a little, but that's not the point. Okay people, so like I said! I'm back a little, and only a little because I'm still busy. You probably still don't want to hear or read what I am saying right now, and there are no pictures in this post, so boring me...! Oh, well. So the only thing I can say, and it's not even a promise, is that the least I will TRY to do if one post a WEEK! Until this workload lifts up, at least. Well, I'm basically talking to myself inside my head and on the internet because no one comes by here..yeaup, I got dustbunnies loaded all up around my website/blog. So what! Hmp!

For My Short People

Everyone lnows short people rule! (wink, wink) But we, too, like to look like models and like I've mentioned before, the industry is crazy. So for everyone who wasn't born like a giraffe, I suggest you keep things to a limit. When wearing dresses, only opt for lengths above the knee, or very long. Don't go in between. The most in between you should be is exactly at the knee. If not that, then above or way under. Also, for those who lack length, put on a pair of short shorts and heels. This makes sure that both your legs and thighs are out, thus making you look longer. Don't forget to make sure your legs are shining with glitz. Plus, Stand up straight, lengthening your back and stomach areas. Jeans can be our best friends, or our worst enemies. Skinynjeans make up taller, as well as jeans that flare out. It is all in what make the jeans are, what style, etc... Most skinny jeans will always work, so no problems there. But for other styles, it depends on a lot of things as to how they'll fit and work for you.

Turn Blah Into Beautiful

Ever wanted to turn that boring outfit into a FCR work of art? Well, your clothes may be cute and all, but maybe if you paired certain pieces together, they were less than flattering, and I can help you turn that Blah into Beautiful!

__________Ways To Turn Blah Into Beautiful...and Too loud into Just Right___________

1.Add red! Red is one color with a whole lotta personality! Whether you have on all black or all white. Pair that black dress with a red clutch, earrings, or pumps and your outfit is just fabulous. And way less depressing.

2.Jewelry is the key. From Colorful cashmere bangles to the square ones mentioned in the previous post. You don't even have to be that colorful. Dark blue jeans and a cotton shirt? Try layering gold necklaces on top. But remember, if you have a white shirt, always opt for gold and not silver.

3. Belts are your friend. Don't be afraid to explore the many worlds of belts, all with studs, stones, patent leather finishes, or just wide or shiny.

4.Layer like crazy! Plain black pants or blue jeans, or even work pants can be fabulous when your shirt has multiple layers. So it's very neat and conservative/playful at the top, but dressy at the bottom. Please layer neatly! You can create this style with anything : cardigans, V-neck shirts, empire crew neck T's, T-Shirts, sweaters, and even camis!

5. When going for a toned down look, do not over do it. If you want to layer, try to stick with a color scheme. For example, only layer brown with gold or white or tan. And try not to take it over 3 layers.

6.If your dress is red and your pumps are orange, stop! It all depends on where you're going, but I'm giving you tips on turning the look ALL THE WAY DOWN. So if your destination will allow you to still be fashionable, but not too loud, number six is not for you. Okay, back to your outfit. Trendy is nice. But when you're at a strictly formal destination, get out of the spirit of being fashionable. Your black dress can still have a cute cardigan/ shrug with it, or a jeweled belt. But do not opt for the bright and wild colors.

7.If you are all toned down, add bright accessories to get a little extra kick, without being too loud. Just right. This is for the other person mentioned in number six. Try an oversized red bag/tote. Or wear bright green or turquoise pumps with that outfit. This is turning it down, while still keeping it hot.

8.Think Professional. Ladies, learn control. Most businessmen don't go for the loud, checkered suits. Their suit is plain, yet their tie is bright, maybe colorful, and has prints and designs. Learn to think like them. Add a printed belt and no more. An orange shrug, but stop there! Or don't add anything at all and let your swag speak for you. You could have on the hotest outfit out there, but if you're not rocking it right, then you ain't saying nothing.

There are just some things in this world or fashion that you can't get around without. Here they are!

1. Scarves
Scarves are great and wearable for all seasons. No matter if it's cold or hot, or even in between...Scarves are fashionable! Wear them in any style. Around the neck, double knotted, on your head! They are the perfect finishing touch to an outfit.

2. Belts
Belts are just another one of those things that complete any outfit. They come in every color, pattern, material, width and length!

3. Trench Coat
Trench coats are definitely one of the hottest fashion items there are out there. They are so versatile and come in different styles, patterns and fabrics, too! Don't forget color. And don't be afraid to be bold.

4. Confused Items
I love confusing pieces with an outfit! I'm talking about turtlenecks with short sleeves and long sleeved shirts with their backs out, or low cuts. Some pieces that make you wonder if it's a snake print of alligator. Confused pieces are fashionably perfect. Who says you have to own up to one style in an outfit? Perfectly plaid is all you need. As time passes by, plaid items become cuter than they ever were. They're more fashion wise rather than giving you the school girl frump that you dread. We would like to say that FCR sat down with upcoming music star, Jessica Lorraine, but we can;t because we didn't. For all those that are new to this gig here called my blog, everything we do is on the internet. Unless there's something really big for us to act on, we like to go tech savvy on you.

I'm trying to get back into my blogging spirit. Lately, I've said that since I have no viewers, then I would stop blogging. If it wasn't that, then my day was just really busy. It IS my summer vacation, after all. So anyway, I have definitely come up with a list of stores to visit, online, for back to school shopping. Most of the stores, if not all, are stores that you can also visit in person.
I definitely recommend JC Penny, Macy's, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Old Navy, 15dollarstore.com and I think that's it! Those are the websites I've been looking at lately. They have pretty reasonable prices, and definitely some of the cutest things I've ever seen. Another store I had in mind is Limited Too, but because of their not-so-nice prices, I will just tell you to shop at your own risk! You can easily go into the mid hundreds shopping here. But if you want the most for your money, follow my lead.

The BIG DEAL On Saggin Pants

Being a very passionate fashion...er, um.. PERSON! A very fashion wise, editing, writing, person. I believe it's time for me to address the problem with Men. Nothing personal, but just the way A LOT of them dress! What is up with the saggin jeans? Oh, and the tight ones! Tight pants around the butt, and hanging everywhere else. Men are definitely not as fashion savvy as Women. But it's not all of them. Some men choose to set a better example. Men, it's the year of the Gentleman! According to NeyO. So add a little more UMPH to your outfits! Don't be afraid to be a Metro Sexual. Oh, and you can still be street without your pants falling off your A$$.

The Story On Saggin Pants
Saggin pants. They're supposidly street, hood, gangsta. What ever you want to call it and however you want to spell it- It's stupid! This "fashion move" originally came from jail, as where the inmates are not given belts to hold there pants up. I guess they thought it was cool and those who were released swayed their way out, looking like that. It's not nice. And if you already have on a belt, yet the pockets of your pants are STILL hanging low, you need help. Oh, and one more note: Spell saggin backwards....NIGGAS. So, what does that say about the men who choose to participate in this style of clothing? Oh, and one more thing: If your shorts reach your ankle, you might as well put on some pants! Can more males try to dress like Kanye West or something? Or if you still wear your jeans, keep them up. There's no problem nor sacrifice in that.

How do most companies sell their products? By using models. But I had no idea we needed Asian girls with humongous dough nuts to sell dell laptops. The field is getting outrageous. Women! You don't have to have everything out to be sexy! It's not cute actually and not necessary, unless you're posing for Playboy(and we won't go into that). And the skinny ones. I'm skinny, but it isn't my fault. I LOVE to eat. And believe that I am NOT anorexic. Anorexia is a very serious disease and those girls who are bulimic or anorexic just because they want to maintain their model weight, give it up! It's not that serious. Tip: If something will put your life in danger and your health, then it's probably not that important. And I absolutely love the idea of 'regular' models. But we shouldn't discriminate on the plus sized ones, either. Everyone is beautiful, in their own way. And big girls are beautiful, inside and out(most of them). So, don't say "you're pretty for a fat girl." Or "Your face is pretty, but you're fat. If only you weren't." Hello! I actually say most fat girls have prettier faces than a lot of skinny girls. They are truly pretty, beautiful, gorgeous. So, please give it up! And the height requirements? You have to be a giant to be the rich,beautiful person in the ads. Give me a break. Short people rule! There should be no requirements to be a model.

Oh, and Tila Tequila, who's a model, is definitely one of us magnificent short people!

Pamela Anderson Protests KFC, Says "Kentucky Fried Cruelty"

So, news out is that legendary Pamela Anderson is actually protesting against KFC. She is absolutely fed up and sick with the cruelty going on in KFC slaughter houses and factories. In her video, she explains all that goes on. Including chickens being stumped on, thrown at walls, kicked, abused, slaughtered and then dumped in boiling water while still alive and consious, by KFC employees and so much more. T-Mobile Has A Fashion Friendly Phone!!

I'm back! And back from my previous LG "Dare" episode I was having. And I think I have totally made up my mind on the phone for me. Sidekicks have always been the phones for teens. Now the new one, which is improved with better resolutions and has way more features, is definitely coming home with me or to me. The biggest transformation in this new Sidekick is that it has interchangeable "shells"! These aren't stickers, skins or covers, but designs and/or colors baked on to these pieces of plastic that fit perfectly on your new Sidekick 2008 to give it a new look. One that no one else will have. Talk about personalization.
.::About The Name::.
Now, I do love sidekicks. And I know that in the past, T-Mobile has had some troubles with naming their Sidekicks for the one that fits. This poor baby has been through a lot. From Sidekick Gekko, to Gecco, Aspen, regular Sidekick, and Sidekick 2008. Rumor is that it's a better clone of the Sidekick ID, or the newer LX, and some say that it is a revamp of the whole new Sidekick series. I personally don't give a hoot-ta-nanny what they call it. But I can say Sidekick 2008 might sound a little outdated in 2009. They better come out with another one in the next two years so that the name won't be outdated, it will be the latest one out. And in 2010, they can come out with another one. This would also be a smarter idea than coming out with another one in 2009 because their contracts are for 2 years. If you're one of the people who bought the Sidekick without a plan, which could be crazy, or with a prepaid plan, then you'll just have to wait two years for a new one, or buy something else. Duh.

Am I the only one who likes to dress up her phone? I don't think so. Other freak of natures such as myself like technology fashion, too. Well, being that I'm getting the new LG Dare from Verizon Wireless, these are a few cases I'll consider buying. I'm definately getting the zebra plastic case, and all of the other colors of plastic cases they have (I don't have them all here.). Now for the silicone cases, which also have more colors on the website, I might get the two colors I put here: white and yellow. The last phone is a case, it's not the original phone. The Lg Dare is silver on some parts where that case is black. I might get oink, too. And of course, if you are going to dress up your smart little princess or prince, then you must have the regular clear case. I already bought about 4 of them. Two of them I'll leave as clear phone cases for protection, while I turn the other two into sparkling creations (rhinestones). I can tell this is gonna be fun!

All About Books

Well, not ALL about books. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and experiences with books:
I use to like Rold Daul, or whatever his name is (you see I can't even remember).. But that's not good, LORD bless the dead.

Now, I'm feeling this La Jill Hunt lady. I've read four books by her so far:
Drama Queens, No More Drama, Too Close For Comfort, and Shouldda Wouldda Couldda.

On a second note, my sister and I are currently working on writing our own book, ourselves. We were so inspired and kind of mad that alot of people can write a good book, and we wanted to see if we could, too. The book is not out yet, but when it is, believe me-I will let you know!!!!

Touchscreen Competition

With all that rage going on with the competition of the touchscreen phones out there, I am here and would just like to say "Why can't we all just get along?" LOL. Well, I guess that's not gonna happen. So if you've been participating in this madness (don't be ashamed, I am,too) then let's do it together. I personally am going to change to Verizon on my birthday and am getting the LG Dare. For multiple reasons: I like the design better, features, the best camera, I watched over 125 videos on it and I drool every time, the Instinct is to tall and skinny for me(much like a model), the Iphone doesn't have ALOT of stuff. Hmm, well there's way more than that. But I do believe Verizon is a rip off, being one of the most expensive phone company. I'm getting the premium plan, which includes a V-Cast pack, but you still have to pay for the songs!!!!!!!! Can someone tell me what's going on here? I don't know, either. Oh, well. Plus, it's a LG phone, and like everything from LG is amazing!! (refrigerator with a TV, what are you, kidding me? LOVE IT!) Well, I'll let you do the research yourself, but my personal preference, like I said, is the LG Dare. When commenting on The Dare videos, alot of people said "It's no Iphone, but it's great competition" and other stuff like that. Well, for me, being that it's NOT an Iphone is what's getting me to [make my father] buy it.

You can go to YouTube, Phone Dog, Gizmodo, Gibrilator, and any other sites and look for the videos and reviews. That's how I made my decision. When I get my phone, I'll do a review myself of the LG Dare (if I don't change my mind by then). Best advice: just search in Google for videos or reviews on whatever phone it is you want to view. Or got to Cnet.com, another video website, and compare the phones side by side.

UPS Scam

I don't know whether you get packages from FedEX, UPS, or what other companies there are, or not, but if you do, you really need to listen up! You can take it from me because my family has experienced this twice. The first time, it was my aunt's computer that was being delivered. They would drop off her computer in parts even though the company sent it all together!!! One guy would drop off maybe the speakers, then the other the screen, and keep coming one after another, leaving it in our yard!!!!!! Not only was it in the yard or driveway when she got home, they didn't ask anyone to sign for it, and the brain part of the computer was missing. That was about a year ago. Just today, a white, sweaty man came to the door. And said "______" (the last name of the person who's mail it was). He asked me to sign for it, and I did. When he looked at it, he said, "I'll be back Monday." !!!!!!!!!!!!! Might I remind you today is Tuesday, so why would he come back next week? I didn't think much of it until I closed the door and sat down. I thought: He didn't have a UPS tag on his shirt, I didn't hear the truck pull up which I usually do, it wasn't the same guy we usually sign for, he was sweating, I'm a kid, and he claims to come back next week with the package. Oh, and don't let me forget-he asked if I lived there. Now why in the world would I be opening the door in my pajamas if I didn't? I don't know about him, but when we have company, we let them relax and let ourselves open the doors and things. So let me warn you: they are out there, and if you file a complaint, they'll say YOU signed for it and that it was delivered. It happened the first time, and now I'm waiting for the outcome of this one. He could really bring it back because he didn't want to give it to a child, but then again, why did he ask me to sign for it first? He knew I was a child when he gave me the freakin' pen and digi-thingy. Hmm... We shall see...

I was rocking the new style of hair" uneven!! If you don't want to make the dramastic change of shaving off half your head, then jus gel it. The side that was out was crimped, kinda 80s like, but it doesn't really show on the picture. Sidekick 3 Picture, yay! (This feels like Myspace with the captions).

My sister here and our Mommy. It was the day of her 12th grade prom. To simply pull off this look, all you need is a little foundation (not to the point where you look dusty or dead), lipgloss, and eyeshadow(not to the point you look like a drag queen,unless that's your thing,i mean..). The purple eyeshadow works with her yellow dress. Doesn't she look beautiful?

While buying your soon-to-be wife a Tacori engagement ring, or draping her with Pandora diamonds might grade you some points(and jus might degrade that credit score), don't go out and buy THE most expensive diamonds you can find. Diamonds ARE forever and like almost everyone likes them..or loves them,adores..try to be a little wallet trendy and plastic savvy...And be with the "it" crowd, too. I'm taling about dazzling stones! Rhinestones, jewels, beads or any other kind of faux treasures you can find. But that's not all I'm taling about here. Sterling silver is owning some wrists.

If you didn't know, everything colorful is in now. It's just the way you wear it. So make color work to your advantage. If you're trying to be as colorful as possible, it's all in the way you do it. Wanna go 80's hip color? Or classy dressy color? There are many different ways: maybe you want some colorful splattered kicks, a pair of orange skinny jeans and a blue tank top. Maybe you'd go for a navy blue eyelet ress, red pumps, purple bag, and orange bangles. Remember this one thing though: Don't match! Matching is overrated. Maybe one thing on your outfit can match, but if you consider blue jeans, a pink shirt and pink shoes as color, you're mistakengly wrong. It is cute, and will always be a hot outfit, but if you're trying to catch up with new trends, you'll have to leave your old ones (matching*cough*cough) in the dust. It doesn't even have to be all that bold. Not matching can include a pink shirt, grey pants, and black boots. It's not specifically matching, but also not specifically not the new trend.

So you may have been wondering what else is in style since my last fashion blog. Well, according to InStyle magazine, eyelet fashions are in! Meaning, anything with holes are hot. But not any kind of holes, eyelet designs. Do not strut down the street with fish-net leggings and think you're in style. You may be, but most likely, you're not. You can find eyelet embroideries in almost everything including cotton shirts, shoes, bangles, and even bikinis! Kerry Washington stars in the "Hole Lotta Fun" article, modeling off this new trend watch: hers being a Nanette Lepore eyelet frock.

Camera Pictures

The pictures are in order the way I listed them on the previous blog (underneath). The Z9 is second, then the Z80, Z77, Z100, and the last red one is the Z200. When searching for these pictures, I saw that the Z100 also comes in silver, but not at the same low price from Walmart. And the Z200 comes in black. That was the last of the Casios. And the first picture is, of course, the Kodak Easyshare M863 (in some other color)

Okay, so maybe the Casio Exilim EX-S10 is not in your price range. I bring you a few other cameras-some cheaper, some not but with high quality. Okay, now from Casio:

There is a ride range of colors in each camera, maybe except one or two.
The Z9 comes in orange, pink, silver and black. It's a 8.1 MP camera with a vibrant 2.6" LCD screen. It has all the basic features of any Casio camera. At Walmart(where all my prices are coming from), it costs $149.84 in every color except orange, which costs $134.84.
The Z80 comes in pink, vivid pink, green, silver, and blue. The price is $149.84. You can also get the camera in a bundle for the same price, which includes the camera, a case and lanyard. This camera is 8.1 MP with 3X optical zoom (one of the regular features of a Casio) and a 2.6" LCD screen. Let me note that all of these cameras listed from Casio have a very long list of high quality features including face recognition, YouTube Capture Mode, and so much more.
The Z77 only comes in black, but as expected, it's an outstanding camera. It is $139.84, 7.2 MP and has a 2.6" LCD screen. I believe this is the touch screen camera I fell in love with. If not, my bad.
The Z100 comes in pink and blue. This is probably on the expensive side for some people, costing $253.84. Like I said, the cheapest prices are at Walmart, so elsewhere will be way more out of your wallet. It's an outstanding 10.1 MP!!!! Need I say more?
And last but not least, the Z200. Also pricey, the Z200 shoots in at $299.84. Also a 10.1 MP camera. Same standard features of a Casio Exilim. 2.7" LCD screen.

Okay, I know that good clothes can sometimes cost-more than- well, a pretty penny. I am really not big on buying bathing suits. I don't know how much they cost, or how much they're SUPPOSED to cost. I really know Limited Too is expensive, but cute. And I did buy a Baby Phat bathing suit that cost $46. It's cute. But now is a new year and I want a new one. I only paid $46 for it because it was name brand, but if I have to pay like $50 for some Lilly-Land stuff...shoot. {LOL} Anyways, I have no idea what to pay. Prices aren't really that important to me when I'm going shopping unless I'm on a budget, which I won't be when it's time for bathing suits. Okay, so what's the point of this blog you may ask? The Instinct VS. IPhone

So, if you didn't already figure this out-I love technology! I'm planning on buying a new phone, and I do a little research for certain things (like my Zune, IPhone, and Casio Exilim S10). Did some research on Sprint's new Instinct. Found people bashing it. Got a little offended. {LOL}. So some people said Sprint started some type of war between Apple. {Argg.} This is what I wrote:
umm, Sprint didn't start a fight with Apple. If you had a phone that was similar to the Iphone (meaning your phone company came out with one) then buyers would want to know what was so special about it and why they should pick it over the IPhone. It's something called business. I personally say that the Instinct is better than Apple's Iphone, having both. I thought this was supposed to be a review of the Instinct, not the IPhone, Mossen-what's his name??!! I praise Sprint for even entering the race against the crazy phone people were lined up for days for (very funny retardation, no?). Now they're coming out with a newer phone, cheaper, and those people feel pretty darn stupid right about now, don't they? Well, they should! The Instinct has no other model, therefore has no competition..They might as well race against other companies because Apple has just got to give up. Can someone please tell me how many models of this phone they're gonna come out with? IDK.. So, you see, I help out! Unlike some people (cough*cough*). I found this website on darker skin vs. lighter skinned people, I think mixed. And this is what I wrote: OMG, why do we have to do this? I don't get the whole dark skin Vs light skin (well actually, I do, but why do we do it?) I can see white Vs. Black, but this is only creating conflict between black people. White people have like 3 freakin shades and ou don't see them saying "Oh no you don't buddy, olive is waaaay better than tan. Plus, I hate pale"!!!!!!!! We need to get it together. You don't divide amongst your own group. I personally say that dark skin people look better than light-skinned people, but it's all in the person. I'm not gonna lie: Some lights are prettier than some blacks, but the darker the berry, the sweeter the juice. Black is beautiful!!! Does it really matter what shade? Cuz if you wanna go there, dark people are brown, anyway..if yall wanna loose those saying then go ahead. Beauty is not only skin-deep. Please, stop it. But like i said, if you guys don't wanna reason and stick together, then I'll vote DARK!!!!! Thank you! Oh yeah, and that Mixed Girl,, woot! I would duff that hooker. LOL

Updated Cameras

Okay, so previously on my Lady Coffee WEBSITE, I mentioned the Canon Powershot SD 1000 and some other camera by canon (which I didn't want to because I've never used it, but it was in the picture..lol). Well, I've been doing some more research and I found a new camera, waaay better than the canon! So far, all my family have been using are Canons,Kodak, and I think a Nikon. Well, now introducing my new thing : Casio!!!!!

I am absolutely in LOVE with the Casio Exilim S10, or Casio Ex-S10. !!! There are also the z100 and z200, which are great models, but the S10 rains on every parade there is for a camera. There, you can pick any color you want and some of the colors have more reviews than the others. Hands down, this is a 5-Star camera! On a scale of 1-10, you guessed it! This camera can easily run a 10+. Okay, so before I put this baby on my birthday list, I did some research. I use the same reviews here that i gave you, plus more(I want to see it from EVERYONE who owns this camera 's p.o.v.). And most of them seem to be true, so far. Here we go:

1. The buttons do NOT hurt or prick my fingers. Whoever wrote tha was probably some uptight fickly human being or a "delicate" creature.

2.I love the sleek design, and the range of colors it comes in. I would most likely choose a colored camera over a silver one if available, but Casio makes every other silver camera look hideous with their model! As soon as I saw it, I fell in love with the silver, red, and blue! I absolutely love black cameras, but this one wasn't shiny, so I went for the others.

3.The large lcd screen, 2.7 inches, is amazing. My old Kodak had a 2.5" lcd screen, and not seeming to be such of a difference, it was all in the layout. The Casio's screen is wide and long, almost covering the whole back, much in the shape of a rectangle. My Kodak's screen was laid out in the shape of a square-not that bad because I was able to see the pictures, but it's al in the comparison.

4.Effects!!!! Oh, I read that one customer was able to put music over her picture, so I wanted to try it (being that I love to mess around with all the effects and abilities of almost every technology). I wanted to see what else I could find. I added about 3 songs over the slideshow I made, right on my camera! You just record the song first (or do the slideshow first, doesn't matter), and put them together. It was great. I even plugged it into my laptop and put it onto a Cd, kinda like a movie. It was great!

5.The price. Well, you can always beat a price by going somewhere else. And since I knew Walmart has like everything! I went there. And for sure, Best Buy did not have the best buy. It wasn't target, and it wasn't Casio's own website. Yes, people, Walmart has it for $219.84!! I've seen cheaper, and I've seen more exspensive cameras, but the Casio Exilim S10 is definately worth the money, giving those $300+ cameras a run for their money. I didn't even buy the camera, because I told you I had it on my birthday list. But, my Mother was pleased with the price and fast shipping.

6.The camera was ready-to-use straight out of the box! Already charged, I was able to take pictures, with fast speed, for about 2 hours straight!

7.I'm all for the chargable battery, being eco-friendly and all. It also saves me money, not having to buy battery after battery. The battery life is great, for a snap-aholic like myself, and family.

I could write soo much more about this camera. Including the easy upload to You-Tube, large array of effects and modes, color schemes, overall features, and so much more. But you have to see it for yourself-feel it! Go out and get yourself a Casio Exilim S10, or stay home and order one online. You know Walmart can deliver your camera to your store for easy pick-up, just incase your local Walmart doesn't have the color you want? Well, thank you and good day.

50 Cent is registered to be in an upcoming indie movie titled Spectacular Regret. Perez Hilton notes 50 should stick to his dayjob, but who listens to a gay drag queen who does nothing all day but work on his gossip website. He's so cruel!!!!!! At least 50 HAS a day job and it doesn't include getting his dirty little hands on celebrity gossip. I guess Perez blogs about celebs because he aspires to be one. Ouch! Good luck there, girlfriend. I don't think it's gonna happen.
Anyway, I can't wait to see the movie, myself being a HUGE 50 Cent fan. The movie is about four people from Los Angeles who struggle to leave their past in the past and look on to their futires. 50 plays a death row inmate who becomes a Hollywood media sensation. I'm gonna add a movie section, but for right now, I'm not judging. I'm always looking forward to seeing a movie with 50 Cent and some hood suga-honey-ice-tea.
